At Shop Velza, we offer FREE SHIPPING across Pakistan on all orders. Once your order is confirmed, we will process and dispatch it as quickly as possible. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier availability. Orders may take slightly longer for remote areas or during busy periods, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and contact number. Once your order has been shipped, you may receive tracking information where available.
